RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY

PRODUCT RETURN / REFUND PROCESS

1. Exchange/ Refund will be processed for products reported/return request raised within 24 hours of receipt of it.
2. Exchange/ Refund is applicable only in case of wrong or damaged products, incomplete.
3. Returns will not be processed if the returned product is received in damaged condition, or in case a wrong product is received by us.
4. Please keep a photograph of the product handed over to the delivery person.
5 The exchange is processed within 24 hours of receiving the product in our warehouse. Refund however is processed within 7 business days of receiving the product.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
